Who we are

Noor Lehulu (Noor for All Research & Development Center) is a non-profit research, development, education and training center serving communities in Ethiopia — at home and in the diaspora. It was established under the Ethiopian Islamic Affairs Supreme Council (Proclamation 1207/2012), headquartered in Addis Ababa with regional offices and diaspora coordinators.
