Medical Services Selection Bid

Medical services to Ethiopian pilgrims — clinics, medical staff, supplies and human resources.

Criteria

1. Company recognized by the Government of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Health, and relevant authorities.
2. Medical center with no less than three years' experience serving pilgrims in the Holy Sites (Mashaer).
3. Capacity to serve the number of pilgrims specified by the Council.
4. Detailed technical and financial proposal for all types of services to be provided.
5. Certificate of good performance from Pilgrims Affairs offices, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, or the Ministry of Health.
6. Ability to comply with all instructions from the Ethiopian Hajj Mission Office and Saudi authorities.
7. Healthcare assistants proportional to the number of pilgrims at the Holy Sites and the Two Holy Mosques.
8. Necessary medical equipment for temporary medical centers in Mina and Arafat.
9. Renewed license from the Saudi Ministry of Health and valid Medical Malpractice Insurance.
10. Employees registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS); team to include translators/specialists who speak Ethiopian languages.
