Hotel Services Bid

Lease of hotels to accommodate Ethiopian pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah.

Criteria

1. Accommodation buildings/hubs preferably located in a single geographical direction.
2. Buildings in Makkah and Madinah within 3 km of the Holy Mosques (Harams).
3. Bed spaces and rooms clean, fresh and free from odors, dirt, insects and unnecessary noise.
4. Each building with a dedicated dining area separate from bedrooms, a prayer area, and an elevator proportional to the number of beds.
5. Capacity of each building not less than 2,000 beds.
6. If less than 2,000 beds, a nearby center of no less than 500 beds within a 100-meter range, across no more than three buildings, totaling no less than 2,000 beds.
7. Entrances and exits not located on a highway.
8. Sufficient parking and spaces for buses, drop-off zones, and luggage loading/unloading areas.
9. Various services nearby: retail shops, supermarkets, medical centers, mosques, restaurants and other amenities.
