Catering Service Bid

Three meals a day for Ethiopian pilgrims per the approved menus, including Ethiopian food and special-needs meals.

Criteria

1. Official license to provide the volume and capacity of meals requested by the Mission Office.
2. Full logistical capability to provide the required quantity of meals without delay or shortage.
3. Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) per the menus approved by the Pilgrims Affairs Office.
4. Sufficient equipment of appropriate quality throughout the Hajj season.
5. Efficient teamwork staff who speak the local languages of Ethiopian pilgrims, with good conduct.
6. Readiness to provide traditional Ethiopian food once a week.
7. Special dinner on Dhul-Hijjah 13 upon pilgrims' return from the Holy Sites (Mashaer).
8. Special meals for pilgrims with special needs; Zamzam water on specific days per the office's plan.
9. Specify pieces of bread per meal, weight of rice per meal, and prices for all three meals.
10. Provide 2% of meals for special-need hujjaj such as diabetic and elderly pilgrims.
